Markellos Orfanos

Markellos Orfanos has a diverse work experience in the fields of DevOps, MLOps, Linux systems engineering, technical project management, and software development.

Starting in 2019, Markellos worked at Satalia as a DevOps/MLOps Engineer.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Avaca Technologies S.A., initially as a Technical Project Manager and later as a Linux Systems Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for Linux infrastructure administration and maintenance, coordinating product releases and deployments, and managing dependencies using Maven and Nexus.

During their time at codebender in 2012, Markellos worked as a Developer, Public Relations & Support.

Markellos also has experience as a Freelance Developer and IT Support, starting from 2005. Markellos'sresponsibilities included network configuration and server management, website design and development using Drupal, and automation of architectural tasks using AutoLISP scripts.

Markellos Orfanos received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Patras in 2014.
