Nikki Wouralis

Nikki Wouralis has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Nikki began their career at the Florida Institute of Technology, where they served as an Administrative Clerk from December 2010 to January 2012. Nikki then worked as an Administrative Assistant from January 2012 to February 2014 and later as a Benefits Specialist from February 2014 to January 2019. In 2019, Nikki joined Satcom Direct as a Human Resources Coordinator and was later promoted to the role of Human Resources Generalist from September 2019 to August 2020. Most recently, they held the position of Global Human Resources Manager from August 2020 to June 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Human Resources at Satcom Direct.

Nikki Wouralis received their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Eastern Florida State College. Nikki then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. After completing their undergraduate studies, Nikki continued their education at Florida Institute of Technology and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2021.
