Ishrag Khababa

Ishrag Khababa, MBA has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ishrag is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Patient Experience and Administrative Services at Satellite Healthcare / WellBound. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing the patient experience strategy and overseeing front-of-house operations at over 90 clinics across 7 states. Prior to this, Ishrag worked as the Regional Director of Operations for the same organization.

Before joining Satellite Healthcare / WellBound, Ishrag held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they played a key role in advancing the organization's patient-centric growth strategies and led due diligence and integration projects for mergers and acquisitions. Ishrag also served as the Director of Patient Experience, where they established a data-driven patient experience program that helped the organization achieve the top national dialysis provider status in patient experience. Additionally, they led the development of an innovative dialysis center model and implemented an employee recognition program.

Ishrag's early career experience includes working as a Compliance Risk Manager at Satellite Healthcare / WellBound and as a Research Assistant at Stanford University.

Ishrag Khababa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from San Jose State University in the years 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued their MBA with a concentration in Finance at Santa Clara University from 2012 to 2015.
