Oleg started their career as a Lead Consultant at System Business Management, where they headed a team involved in corporate finance and valuation analysis. Oleg then worked as a Senior Analyst at EPAM Systems, where they implemented automated financial reporting and provided management accounting performance reports. Oleg also worked as a Project Coordinator at VRP Consulting and as a Project Manager at Intellectsoft, where they managed various projects. Oleg then joined AgileVentures.org as a Freelance Volunteer Software Developer before taking on the role of Project Manager at Godel Technologies Europe and Softeq. Oleg's most recent role was as a Senior Project Manager at Itexus, where they were responsible for project planning, leading, and budget and scope management.
