Manuel Sanabria Soto

Manuel Sanabria Soto has a diverse work experience beginning in 2013. Manuel completed an internship with Asociación Gaia para la conservación y gestión de la Biodiversidad where they conducted field work in restoration projects, maintained nature trails, and planned and designed volunteering activities. In 2014, they joined greenUAV as a UAS and GIS Technician, where they worked to transform the way environmental organizations acquire and use their data. In 2015, they joined both Quickbird as a GIS Technician and co-founder and Cyient as a Product Owner and Solution Consultant. At Quickbird, they were responsible for geodatabase design and development, open data research and integration, and automating GIS workflows. At Cyient, they led digital transformation initiatives with engineering and utility customers, designed and delivered geospatial solutions, and defined product/solution vision. In 2021, they joined Cervest as a Product Manager and in 2022, they joined Satellite Vu as a Solutions Engineer.

Manuel Sanabria Soto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2014. Manuel then completed a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in 2015. In the same year, they also completed the Entrepreneurs for the Future (e4f) programme at Aston University. In 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2019, they obtained a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly and a Data Science Nanodegree Program Graduate certification from Udacity. In 2020, they obtained a Data Product Manager - Establishing Data Infrastructure certification from Udacity and is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration - MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
