Aditya J. has worked in the industry since 2011, starting as a Consultant at Lion India. In 2016, they moved to GGK Tech as a Product Owner, where they built a Healthcare Payer solution from scratch (named CRUX) for GGK Tech, now ACS Corp. The product had multiple modules including Enrollment, Member Services, Billing, User Management, Workflow, Member Portal, and Agent Portal Modules. In 2019, they became the Head of Product at Sath Inc.

Aditya J. completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Analytics from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained a Integrator Masterclass from Rocket Fuel in December 2020, and is ISO 9001:2008 Certified Internal Quality Auditor from ISO - International Organization for Standardization.
