Józef Sokołowski

Józef Sokołowski has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Józef is currently working at SATIM Inc. as a Lead Programmer. Prior to this role, they worked at G2A.COM where they started as a Senior Software Developer in 2017 and eventually progressed to the position of Tech Lead and Solutions Architect. Józef was instrumental in building the office in Cracow from scratch. Before G2A.COM, they worked at Grand Parade as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed online betting solutions for companies such as Tabcorp and William Hill. Józef also achieved significant improvements in scalability and memory usage through refactoring. Prior to that, Józef worked at Ringier Axel Springer Tech as a Software Developer, where they built and maintained a content delivery network and clickstream solution. Józef also created a message queueing service using RabbitMQ. Their earliest work experience was at Pragmatic IT as a Software Developer, where they developed web applications and contributed to projects such as e-commerce solutions and middleware for a Polish cloud service.

Józef Sokołowski attended Jagiellonian University, where they studied Physics and Computer Science. However, they left the university without obtaining a degree. Józef also holds a certification in Professional Scrum Master I, which was obtained from Scrum.org in September 2018.
