Nicolas Lago

Nicolas LAGO is currently the E-commerce Director at SATISFY, a role held since May 2025. Prior experience includes positions at CELINE from January 2018 to April 2025, where Nicolas served as Head of Omnichannel Business Development and held various project management roles focused on CRM and clienteling tools, notably implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and enhancing GDPR compliance. Prior to CELINE, Nicolas worked at agnès b. from January 2014 to October 2017, initially as CRM Project Manager, where responsibility included the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple markets, and earlier roles included Customer Service Manager and Retail Coordinator. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Management from the International University of Monaco and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School.
