Jan's background includes significant positions at Airbus, where innovative technology strategies for cabin components were developed, and educational experience at Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg, earning a master’s degree in Production Technology and Management. Jan's foundational skills in mechatronics were developed during an apprenticeship and studies, culminating in a bachelor's degree from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
