Prior to this role, Jan served as a business manager at ALTEN Technology, focusing on business development and project management. Jan's background includes significant positions at Airbus, where innovative technology strategies for cabin components were developed, and educational experience at Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg, earning a master’s degree in Production Technology and Management. Jan's foundational skills in mechatronics were developed during an apprenticeship and studies, culminating in a bachelor's degree from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
