Barbara Franc

Barbara Franc is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Satispay since February 2024. Prior to this role, Barbara led global talent acquisition efforts as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager Lead at Preply from April 2020 to February 2024. Barbara has also held positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition at Status.im and Senior Talent Manager at Babbel, where expertise in recruitment strategies for technology and corporate roles was demonstrated. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR and Talent Manager at Klara, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from IPAM.
