Russell Romano

VP of Analog Development at SatixFy

Russell Romano has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. From 1996 to 2000, they were a Design Engineer at IBM. During this time, they were also a Design Engineer at AANetcom, Inc. In 2000, they became a Leader of Mixed Signal Development at PMC Sierra, Inc., where they designed SERDES devices from 1.25Gbps to 3.125Gbps for XAUI, Fibre Channel, and SATA. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Senior Design Engineer at Lightwire, Inc., where they worked on 10Gbps SFP+ modules and various other electro-optical active cables. From 2010 to 2015, they were Manager of Mixed Signal Development at PMC-Sierra. Russell then became Director of Analog & Mixed Signal Design at MultiPhy from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they began their current role as VP of Analog Development at SatixFy.

Russell Romano graduated from Lehigh University in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Russell began their studies at Lehigh University in 1992.
