Ainhoa Alonso Boraita

Ainhoa Alonso Boraita has experience in Human Resources and People Management, with their most recent role as Head of People at SATLANTIS starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked for WEC and Smarmec as Human Capital for Velatia from 2020 to 2023. Before joining Velatia, they were with EITB as Castings de televisión from 2016 to 2023 and with Eurofirms as a People Recruiter from 2018 to 2019. At Velatia, they were involved in the implementation of a new performance evaluation system, was responsible for recruitment and talent development programs, and managed job offers and candidate profiles. At EITB, they were involved in casting and selection of participants for television programs. And at Eurofirms, they handled complete recruitment processes, provided customer and worker support, and managed daily hiring and administrative tasks.

Ainhoa Alonso Boraita earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Deusto in 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the same university. Additionally, Ainhoa has obtained an Advanced Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English, as well as an EUSKERA-B2 certification from Escuela Oficial de Idiomas de Bilbao.
