Michal Zapletal

Michal Zapletal has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014 as a world traveler, living and working in various countries and gaining experience in the hospitality industry. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Project Consultant for Royal HaskoningDHV. Michal then became the owner of their own company, The Bros Prague, from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Specialist for Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín. Currently, they are working at SatoshiLabs, starting as a Technical Support Specialist in January 2021 and later becoming the Head of Technical Support in July 2022. In their current role, they oversee the customer support team and collaborates with other departments on projects and campaigns.

Michal Zapletal completed their undergraduate studies in Regional Geography at Palacký University in Olomouc from 2008 to 2014, earning a Magistr (Mgr.) degree. In 2012 and 2013, they also attended the University of Ljubljana for geographie studies. Additionally, Michal obtained a certification in Prepare from Ada in July 2022.
