Adrian Fun is an experienced Executive Sous Chef with a strong background in institutional catering, where they managed 58 outlets and oversaw more than 300 culinary staff to ensure food quality through active customer engagement. Currently, they serve as a Culinary Advisory Chef at Anchor Food Professionals Singapore. Previously, Adrian held various positions, including Sous Chef at Singapore Food Industry and Executive Sous Chef at SATS Ltd., where they effectively curated menus and engaged with customers to build long-term relationships. They hold a higher diploma in hospitality management from SHATEC and have contributed to the culinary education as a trainer and instructor at multiple institutions.
