David Boey

David Boey currently serves as the Group Head of Strategic Communications at SATS Ltd. since March 2024, managing a team across multiple locations, including Singapore and Paris, to oversee global corporate communications and affairs. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Temasek from 2020 to 2022, focusing on public affairs and COVID-19 communication efforts. David also worked at SMRT Corporation Ltd. as Deputy Director and Head of Internal Communications, leading media relations and staff communications. Earlier experience includes senior management roles at Resorts World Sentosa and a correspondent position at Singapore Press Holdings, where David specialized in defense reporting. David holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the University of Hull.
