Jason Goh

Jason Goh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Investments and M&A at SATS Ltd. since December 2017. In addition, Jason Goh holds the position of Independent Director at PC Partner Group Limited starting in November 2024. Previous roles include Group CFO at Otto Marine Limited, Head of Special Projects at Ezra Holdings, and CFO at EMAS Offshore Limited. Jason Goh has also served as GM of Group Corporate Finance at Ezra Holdings and Associate Director of Investment Banking at CLSA. Earlier career experience includes positions at Stamford Law Corporation and Citigroup as a Management Associate. Jason Goh holds a BSc Double Honours degree in Accounting and Law from the University of Southampton, completed in 2001.
