Dave Prichard

Dave Prichard has over 20 years of work experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles. Dave most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, where they developed manufacturing and supply capability for a nasal powder formulation for migraine treatment. Prior to that, Dave held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing at the same company.

Before joining Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Dave worked at AstraZeneca as the Director of Manufacturing and Process Engineering for a brief period. Dave also served as the Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Pearl Therapeutics, where they managed GMP manufacturing processes and led a team of manufacturing and engineering staff.

During their tenure at GSK, Dave held multiple roles, including Quality Improvement Lead, Design-to-Value Lead, Production Manager for MDI and MDPI Value Streams, Group Leader for Solid Dose Value Stream Engineering and Maintenance, Principal Equipment Engineer, and Group Leader for Equipment Engineering in MDI and MDPI Value Streams. Dave was responsible for improving quality performance, leading data integrity improvements, managing production operations, and developing patient-focused product strategies.

Dave's early career includes positions at NNE Pharmaplan as a Project Manager, Aerotek @ GlaxoSmithKline as a Senior Equipment Engineer, and Procter & Gamble as a Product Supply Engineer.

Dave Prichard attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Highest Honor. Dave then pursued further education at the University of Cincinnati from 2000 to 2002, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus on Finance.
