Adam Caldwell

Adam Caldwell is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, technical services, and engineering. Adam began their career in 2005 as a Part-Time Surveyor/Junior Draftsman/Office Help at Arthur H. Howland & Associates, P.C. Adam then served in the United States Marine Corps as a Designated Marksman - Infantry from 2007 to 2008. Following their military service, Adam worked as a Part-Time Mechanical Drafter at Sonics & Materials, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. Adam then joined BNP Associates, Inc. as a Project Engineer from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Adam moved on to Conveyco Technologies, Inc. where they served as a Design/Project Engineer until 2015. Adam then joined Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as a QA/QC & Commissioning Manager from 2015 to 2016, BHS Site Superintendent from 2016 to 2019, and Project Manager from 2018 to 2019. Adam then transitioned to AvAirPros as a Senior Manager - Technical Services from 2019 to 2020. After that, they joined Daifuku Airport Technologies as a BHS Project Manager from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Adam is working as a Project Manager at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, a role they have held since September 2021. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a track record of successful project management.

Adam Caldwell obtained a Certificate in Architectural/Civil Drafting & Design from Porter & Chester Institute from 2010 to 2012, with a focus on AutoCAD. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including OSHA 30 from Daifuku Airport Technologies in July 2020, Procore Certified: Superintendent from Procore Technologies in August 2017, OSHA Construction 10 Hour Course from OSHA in November 2012, OSHA Forklift Safety Training from OSHA in July 2010, and Rough Terrain Forklift Operator Certification from United Academy (United Rentals) in October 2018.
