Ed Rayner has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ed started their career in 1994 as the President of Rayner Electrical Contracting Inc. In 2005, they joined All Star Electric, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple electrical contracting projects across various sectors. In 2012, they transitioned to Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as an Assistant Superintendent, followed by roles as a Superintendent and eventually as a Project Superintendent. In these positions, Ed oversaw the construction of various projects, including concrete tilt-wall buildings, high schools, and classroom installations. Ed was responsible for project scheduling, coordination, documentation, and ensuring timely completion within budget. Overall, Ed has demonstrated their expertise in managing and overseeing construction projects throughout their career.
Ed Rayner attended the Associated Builders and Contractors from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Trade Degree in Electrical Construction. Prior to that, they attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1988 to 1989, studying General Studies. Ed also holds various certifications from Procore Technologies, including ProCore Certification: Superintendent obtained in March 2019, Procore Certified: Superintendent obtained in March 2019, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) obtained in August 2018, and Procore Certified: Superintendent obtained in May 2017.
