Travis Oliphant

Dr. Travis Oliphant is currently an advisor at Saturn Cloud. Prior to that, they were the Director at Anaconda from January 2012 to May 2021. Travis also served as the Founder and Chairman of the Board at NumFOCUS from January 2012 to July 2014. Furthermore, Dr. Oliphant was the President at Enthought from August 2007 to January 2012. Travis is also a partner at Quansight Initiate and the owner of Trelgol. Finally, Dr. Oliphant was an Assistant Professor at Brigham Young University from December 2000 to August 2007.

Travis Oliphant received their Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Travis also holds a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University, as well as a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a B.S. in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
