David Smith

David Smith is a Senior Geologist at Saturn Metals Limited since January 2018. David manages the geology team, support staff, and contractors in exploration and development activities. David was also appointed the DMIRS SRS ‘Exploration Manager’ from August 2023. Prior to this, David worked as a Project Exploration Geologist at Saturn Metals Limited and as an Exploration Geologist. David holds a Master of Science in Minerals and Energy Economics from Curtin University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of Derby, and attended Barrow 6th Form College and Dowdales Secondary School. David previously worked as a Consultant at Auto & General from January 2017 to December 2017.
