Previous roles include serving as an Economics/Energy Advisor at the British Embassy, providing economic policy reporting and project management, and working as a GR Expert for the UNDP Kazakhstan on wind energy development and renewable energy projects. Leilya's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Economics and Trade from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Finance and another in Foreign Languages.
