Alberto Maggioni

Alberto Maggioni is a seasoned aerodynamicist with extensive experience in the motorsport industry, currently serving as Principal Aerodynamicist at Sauber Group since April 2012. Prior roles at Sauber include Senior Aerodynamicist and Group Leader Aerodynamics, contributing to multiple car developments such as C39 through C44. Previous experience includes working as Aero Project Coordinator at Toyota Motorsport GmbH and Senior Aerodynamicist at Aerolab, along with consultancy projects in CFD optimization for various applications. Alberto began their career at Fondmetal Technologies, where contributions were made to notable Audi LMP models. Alberto holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Aerodynamics from Politecnico di Milano.
