Martha Jensen is the Chief People Officer at Sauce Labs. Martha has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions in HR. Martha has a track record of leading HR teams and delivering change management and organizational solutions to help organizations scale.

Martha Jensen has an Ed.D in Organizational Development from University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Education (Instructional Design) from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Economics from San Jose State University. Martha is certified by the Human Capital Institute in Strategic Workforce Planning, by NLP in Executive Coaching, and by ISPI in Performance Improvement.
