Noura Al Yahya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international affairs and law. Currently serving as the Executive Director of International Affairs at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) since January 2018, Noura has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of the International Affairs Department and Manager of the Insurance Policy Division. Additionally, Noura has been an LLM Ambassador at USC Gould School of Law since February 2016, having previously worked as a legal intern at Perry & Associates, a Graduate Assistant at USC Gould, and a legal advisor at Hani Qurashi Law Firm. Noura began the legal career as a trainee lawyer at Mohammed aljarbou law firm and has experience as a legal researcher at the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul). Noura holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Law from King Saud University, along with an Academic Intensive English Program from the University of California, Los Angeles.
