Abdullah Aldhafeeri

Abdullah AlDhafeeri is an experienced finance and infrastructure professional currently serving as Director and Head of Infrastructure Investments and Partnerships at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since December 2021. Previously, Abdullah held the position of Director and Head of Transaction Management Department at the Saudi Water Partnership Company from December 2018 to November 2021, where major multibillion transactions were successfully closed to support Saudi Vision 2030. Abdullah’s earlier career includes a managerial role in Project Development at SABIC from 2013 to December 2018, focusing on strategic project development and investment, as well as experience in project commissioning for the Manifa Central Processing Facility at Aramco. Abdullah's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from KFUPM Business School and an Executive Leadership Program from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, The Wharton School, London Business School, IE Business School, and SDA Bocconi, along with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.
