Basil Tulbah

Basil Tulbah is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Planning and Operations and Advisor at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Previously, Basil co-founded MZN Bodycare and held multiple managerial and advisory roles at the Ministry of Economy and Planning, including Energy Economics Department Manager, Content Director for the International Economic Advisory Board, and Advisor to the Vice Minister. Additional experience includes serving as Entity Advisory Service Manager at the National Center for Performance Measurement and various roles at Saudi Aramco, such as Team Lead, Structural Geologist, and Exploration Geologist. Basil holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and an MPhil in Geology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
