Charles Biele

Charles Biele possesses extensive experience in executive leadership within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Roshn Group, Charles has previously held various strategic roles, including Chief Advisor at a Confidential Government organization and Chief Executive Officer at a Public Investment Fund start-up company. Additionally, Charles has contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for two Public Investment Fund start-up ventures in real estate development and formerly excelled as the Chief Real Estate Officer at NEOM and Chief Executive Officer at Emaar, Economic Cities Real Estate Development Company.
