Khalid D. al-Faddagh

Khalid D. Al-Faddagh, PhD, currently serves on the Board Risk Committee of the Public Investment Fund and the Board Audit Committee of ROSHN, the National Real Estate Developer owned by PIF. Additionally, Khalid holds positions as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company-Luberef and as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at Vision Invest. Khalid is also involved with GOSI's Board Risk Committee, the Audit Committee at Banque Saudi Fransi, and previously served as Executive Director of Internal Auditing at Saudi Aramco. Khalid's extensive board experience includes roles at Eastern Health Cluster, Bupa Arabia, and SABIC. Khalid's academic qualifications include a PhD in Applied Mechanics from Imperial College London, an Executive Program at Harvard Business School, and a Master's degree in Applied Mechanics from The University of Manchester.
