Hatem Al-Ahmadi has extensive work experience in various roles within Saudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP). Hatem started their career in 1998 with Saudi Aramco, where they served as a Business System Analyst until 2011, leading a team to maximize production and oversee IT projects. From 2011 to 2014, they held the position of Loss Prevention Supervisor and later became the Administrator for Central/Western Region HR Services on an acting assignment, leading a team of HR professionals. In 2015, Hatem joined Saudi Aramco as a Security System Administrator and subsequently became a Security Superintended in 2016, managing over 250 armed security personnel and ensuring the physical safety of company property and assets. Hatem'smost recent role is as the Environment, Health, Security, and Safety Vice President at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) since 2020, where they determine the company's HSSE objectives and policies and monitors their progress towards achieving them.

Hatem Al-Ahmadi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
