Nasser Alshammari has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Nasser worked as an Operational Excellence Lead Engineer at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP), where they developed a department roadmap and operational excellence model for the organization. Nasser also conducted baseline assessments and closed identified gaps. Prior to this role, they served as a Static Equipment & Piping Engineer under the first Debottleneck project, ensuring compliance with engineering deliverables and reviewing squad check drawings and piping specifications. Nasser also worked as a Static Equipment Reliability Engineer, focusing on spare parts analysis, maintenance support, and RCA investigations. Additionally, Nasser worked as a Turnaround Quality Advisor, providing on-site consultation and issuing certificates for equipment readiness. Nasser also has experience as a Member of GDA OpEx Technical Committee for Gulf Downstream Association. Before joining SATORP, Nasser worked as a Mechanical Site Engineer at Archirodon Group N.V. and participated in a Senior Cap Stone Design Program at Michigan Technological University.

Nasser Alshammari, CMRP, CSSGB, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2015. Nasser also holds additional certifications such as Lean apractitioner from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Anexas Europe, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from Intertek. In 2018, they achieved the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification from SMRP.
