Ahmad O.aloulah

Ahmad O. Aloulah is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in establishing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs) across various organizations. Currently serving as PMO Manager at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property since April 2019, Ahmad has been instrumental in developing PMO frameworks, including policies, processes, and management operations. Prior roles include Program Manager, where the focus was on initiating PMO frameworks, and IPMO Project Manager and Specialist at STC Solutions, where Ahmad established PMO methodologies aligned with PMI's standards and oversaw project portfolio management. Ahmad began a career in project oversight as a PMO Officer at AWAL and as a Support Engineer at AWAL NET, contributing technical expertise and administrative support. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
