Hamad M. al-Rasheed

Hamad M. Al-Rasheed is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Internal Audit and Audit Committee Secretary at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property since December 2020, Hamad is responsible for meeting the audit committee's needs and effectively managing the internal audit team. Previously, Hamad held positions such as Internal Audit Manager at Takamol Holding, where responsibilities included preparing comprehensive audit plans and developing risk assessment methodologies, and Assistant Manager of Internal Audit at Elm Company, focusing on audit meetings and quarterly reviews.
