Hamed Alhajlah, Ph.D. PMP®️, currently serves as a Patent Examiner and Project Efficiency Strategist at SAIP - Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property since March 2022, focusing on streamlining patent examination procedures and ensuring the originality and compliance of patent applications. Prior to this role, Hamed was a Business Development Manager at ALMUHAID CONSULTING ENGINEERS, where comprehensive strategies led to significant revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. Hamed's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, along with an MSc in Engineering Management from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from the University of Derby. Early career experiences include roles as a Project Manager at HGBD Arabia, optimizing project resources, and as a Bridge Engineer at AlOmayer Construction Company, designing numerous bridge projects.
