Ahmed Alsuwaiyan serves as the Governor and Board Member at the Digital Government Authority since June 2021, while also holding multiple board memberships at organizations such as the National Center for Government Resources Systems, Saudi Business Center, National eLearning Center, and the National Digital Transformation Unit. Previous roles include Deputy Minister of Technology & Development at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, and various board memberships at the Communications and Information Technology Commission and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property. Ahmed possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and an MBA in Finance from Prince Sultan University, along with several executive education credentials from prestigious institutions including London Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Hult Ashridge.
