Dr. Esam Alwagait د عصام الوقيت

Dr. Esam Alwagait د عصام الوقيت currently serves as the Director of the National Information Center in Saudi Arabia and holds multiple board member positions at institutions such as the Saudi Business Center, NCGR, General Authority for Statistics, Elm Company, and SCAI. Previously, Dr. Alwagait was the CEO of the National Digitization Unit and the Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Academic experience includes serving as Dean and Assistant Professor at King Saud University, where responsibilities involved managing IT-related matters. Dr. Alwagait holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de València, a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from King Saud University.
