Mohammad al Nsour

Mohammad Al Nsour has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Mohammad started their career in 2007 as an ITSM consultant presales engineer at Duroob Technology. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an ITSM Senior Consultant and team leader at the same company. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of SRM Consultant and team leader until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they were an ITSM Senior Consultant and team leader at Duroob Technology. Currently, Mohammad holds the position of Chief Solutions Architect at Saudi Business Machines - SBM, which they started in 2022.

Mohammad Al Nsour holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Jordan, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Mohammad has also obtained several certifications including ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan & Improve from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2023, Prince2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, and ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Service Operation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016. Additionally, they have a certification in COBIT from ISACA in 2023, and a Professional diploma in engineering management 6sigma ISO PMP, obtained from NYIT university Jordan, although the year of attainment is not specified.
