Lester Larot

Lester Larot is an experienced maintenance planning professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Superintendent of Maintenance Planning at Saudi Cement Company since February 2016, Lester previously held positions as a Mechanical Maintenance Planner and Mechanical Planner/Scheduler at National Cement Share Company from August 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, Lester gained substantial experience at Lafarge Iligan Incorporated in various roles including Mechanical Planner & Scheduler, Mechanical Inspector, and Mechanical Engineer (Cadet) from August 2008 to August 2013. Additionally, Lester started a career at Global Steel Philippines, Inc. as a Systems Mechanical Engineer Trainee in May 2008. Lester holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology, earned between 2002 and 2007, and completed secondary education at Iligan City National High School and South I-A Central School.
