Mohamed Alrumaihi

Mohamed Alrumaihi has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Mohamed is currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Saudi Cement Company. Prior to that, they worked at Dammam Airports Company (DACO) where they held various roles including Talent Acquisition & Development Head, Talent Management Specialist, and Organization Development Specialist. Before joining DACO, Mohamed worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the General Authority of Civil Aviation - Saudi Arabia, where they were involved in the corporatization project. Mohamed also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Group.
