Mohammad is a Strategy Expert with extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Mohammad is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Saudi Ceramics since March 2023. Prior to this position, they worked as the GM Human Resources at Saadeddinpastry from June 2018 to June 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Azmeel Group from March 2013 to June 2018. Mohammad also worked as an HR & Administration Manager at Abunayyan Holding from May 2008 to February 2013. Mohammad started their career at Advanced Systems Co. as a Human Resources & Administration Manager from December 2004 to April 2008. Mohammad's early work experience includes being an HR Supervisor at Al Rajhi Holding Group from October 2001 to November 2004 and an HR & Administration Officer at Al Jeri from October 1999 to November 2001.

Mohammad Strategy Expert CIPD L7, BSC-KPIs-PMP Certified has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they completed the CIPD Qualifications, obtaining a CIPD -L7 degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended AUL- London Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration-Human Resources.

In 2004, Mohammad obtained a one-year Executive Diploma in English Language from Direct English Institute (New horizon). Mohammad also acquired a Higher Executive Diploma in HR Management from Riyadh Chamber Of Commerce & Industrial during the same period.

Before pursuing higher education, Mohammad completed their high school education at Kurtoba School in Riyadh from 1998 to 1999.

Additionally, Mohammad holds numerous certifications. Most recently, they obtained a CIPD Level 7 certification from CIPD Qualifications in August 2021. Mohammad has obtained this certification multiple times throughout the year. In addition to their CIPD qualifications, they obtained a Balanced Scorecard Management certification from PwC's Academy Middle East in June 2011.
