Hassan al-Bargi

Hassan Al-Bargi currently holds the position of Human Capital General Manager at Saudi Chemical Company Holding since June 2022, previously serving as Group HR Operation Manager. In this role, Hassan provides tactical and operational Human Resources leadership to support business objectives and collaborates with Business Unit Heads and CEOs on administration, organization development, and talent development plans. Prior to this, Hassan spent nearly two decades at Almarai, progressing through various HR roles including Divisional HR Personnel Manager, Recruitment Manager, and SENIOR TEAM MANAGER (Acting Recruitment Manager), among others. Hassan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies from Saudi Electronic University and has additional qualifications from CIPD and Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. An early educational background includes an Associate's Degree from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
