Loutfi Echhade

Loutfi Echhade has extensive experience in the audit and financial advisory sectors, currently serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Malaz Capital and a member of the Audit Committee at ARASCO and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Saudi Company For Hardware - SACO. Loutfi also acts as a Financial Advisor for a high-net-worth family business, overseeing financial budgets, cash flow statements, and ensuring adherence to proper financial reporting standards. Previously, Loutfi held senior roles at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included leading audits and advisory services for various major sectors, and served as a Partner at both Andersen and PwC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the American University of Beirut and postgraduate studies in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Houston.
