Ossama Banaja

Ossama Banaja has a diverse work experience in various organizations, holding significant leadership positions. Starting in 2016, they worked as the Deputy CEO at Global Environmental Management Services Ltd. In 2017, they joined the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as a Director and remained with the company until 2021. During this time, they also served on the board of directors at Tabadul from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, Banaja became a part of noon and held the position of Executive Committee Member until 2021. Ossama was also involved in the Executive Committee of Cruise Saudi from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they joined AMC Cinemas KSA, Saudi Entertainment Ventures, and the National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO" as a member of their respective board of directors. Most recently, in 2020, Banaja became a Member of the Board of Directors at Uptown Jeddah Company. Currently, Ossama Banaja serves as the Chief Direct Investments Officer at SEDCO Holding.

Ossama Banaja obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Boston University between 2000 and 2004. Ossama then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Business Law at NYU Stern School of Business from 2008 to 2010.
