Julie Kay MCC is an accomplished Executive and Leadership Coach with extensive experience in leadership development and team performance enhancement. Currently serving as an Executive Leadership and Team Coach at the Saudi Electricity Company, Julie designs and delivers innovative programs for senior leaders. In addition to coaching leaders in the Women’s Leadership Development Programme at Oxford University’s Said Business School, Julie has held numerous coaching and leadership development roles at organizations such as BetterUp and CoachHub. With a background in the Royal Navy as a Lieutenant and social worker, Julie brings a unique perspective to coaching technical experts, helping them transition into effective leadership roles. Educational qualifications include an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach certification and a Master’s degree in Training and Development from The University of Sheffield.
