Waleed Sindi

Waleed Sindi's work experience begins in 2008 as an Application Engineer at The Olayan Group - Arabian Health Care Supply Co. Waleed then joined Saudi Electricity Company in 2009 and held various roles throughout their tenure, including Acting Management Training Division Manager, Training Analyst, and OJT Analyst. Eventually, they worked their way up to Executive Director, HR Business Partner and HRBP Department Manager, where they oversaw HR operations, developed initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance, and led change management programs. Waleed also served as the Management Development Department Manager, Technical & Professional Division Manager & SEC Training Institute Manager, and Head of Technical Development Section, where they focused on training and development, performance evaluations, and implementing safety standards.

Waleed Sindi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering at King AbdulAziz University from 2003 to 2008. Waleed then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Engineering Management at the same university from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Waleed has obtained several certifications including Strategic HR business partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute in 2022, Developing Business Acumen from LinkedIn in 2021, Learning and development manager, Diploma CIPD L5 from CIPD in 2020, Certified Human Resources Manager from the LEORON Institute in 2018, and the Performance in action development program (Targeted Talent program) from the Saudi Electricity Company - Executive Leadership Development Center in 2018. Waleed has also completed the Certified Trainer Officer (CTO) program at Harward Training Co. and attended the Situational Leadership training by Ken Blanchard.
