Ali A. al-Heji

Ali A. Al-Heji is a seasoned professional in energy planning and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Integrated Energy Planning at NEOM, where duties include driving the achievement of a 100% renewable energy system by 2030. With extensive experience in energy efficiency and cost reduction, Ali previously held leadership roles at organizations such as ENOWA and the Ministry of Energy, where responsibilities included analyzing economic data and overseeing energy projects. Ali has also contributed as a Program Advisor at EPRI and as a member of the Saudi Energy Leaders Assembly. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power & Energy Systems and a double Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Michigan.
