Muflih AlSubaie possesses extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as the Procurement Executive Director at the Saudi Esports Federation since September 2020, where innovative strategies have been implemented to improve procurement processes. Previous roles at the Saudi Esports Federation include Acting Procurement Director and Procurement & Contract Sr. Manager, during which time Muflih established the procurement department and developed essential governance frameworks. Prior procurement experience includes a tenure as Procurement & Contract Manager at HAMASCCO and leadership positions at the Saudi Stock Exchange and the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs. Muflih holds a diploma in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia and an undergraduate degree in Leadership Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
