Alhussain Alshngeety is an experienced professional who currently holds the position of Organizational Development Manager at Saudi Investment Recycling Company. Previously, Alhussain worked as an OD & Workforce Planning Assistant Manager at Alinma Bank and as an OD Specialist at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. With a background in HR, OE, OD, and strategies, Alhussain has expertise in areas such as manpower planning, Saudization, organizational structures, leadership development, and procurement coordination.
