Majed Shaheen

Majed Chahine is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Finance at Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC) since September 2021, where oversight includes mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and value creation. Previously, Chahine held the role of Investment Director at the Ministry of Housing in Saudi Arabia from April 2018 to August 2021, leading the financial sustainability strategy aligned with Vision 2030. Additionally, Chahine has a strong background in investment management from positions at the King Abdallah Bin Abdulaziz Endowment and National Creativity Investment Company, as well as experience in transaction advisory services with Ernst & Young. Chahine holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Lebanese American University.
