Dalal Alhazzaa is a Training Planning & Design Officer at TAHAKOM since June 2024 and previously served in the same role as part of the Tamheer program from October 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) and collaborating with local and international training institutes to develop and update training programs. Prior experience includes a position as a Field Researcher at the General Authority For Statistics in November 2021. Dalal Alhazzaa holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Public Administration-Saudi Arabia (2022-2023) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, graduated with honors, from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (2016-2019).
